We anticipate those who will want to use our service are those who are looking for an excellent quality service, doctors who are great, prices which are accessible, fast access to appointments – so mostly busy professionals and self employed people. Also, one of our key aims is to give people choice, options and flexibility. This could be by being able to book appointments which are more convenient around their working schedule, or they want a second opinion or they want longer than the standard NHS 10 minute appointment.
